The fucking 4'9" leopard child is the endgame love interest of the 30 year old in a 17 year old's body...

Review: Reilynn used to be a 30 year old woman who got cheated on. Sucks to suck bro. Doesn't mean you should start grooming a furry. There's a lot of classic tropes in this title, the major one being 'rescuing a slave'. One of the minor ones being "ignoring the literal toppest tier men to engage with a useless prettyboy whose only redeeming quality is being a novel concept". It pisses me off so much when a perfectly good knight is unfairly spurned in favor of a lesser option.

Christ, just look at him, sources are saying.

One thing I will say is that the relationship between Reilynn and the Crown Prince is very... interesting. Basically the Reilynn that our FL read about is constantly begging and pleading with Freidrich to love her back and never gives up on him despite his constant cheating with the OGFL, Iris. He degrades Reilynn and gasses up Iris pretty much every single time they meet up. When FL Reilynn tells him that she is breaking off the engagement, he is predictably flabbergasted. That happens every time in these types of stories, they treat their finacee like shit, then they're surprised pikachu face when the fiancee tells them to fuck off. It's ridiculous and frustrating. But this title brings a fresh twist into it. Suddenly Crown Prince is begging on his hands and knees for her to keep loving him.

And it turns out that's because the past Reilynn told him to treat her like shit. Past Freidrich was a timid, trapmpled little boy with no power, and the girl who loved him so dearly wanted him to succeed so much that she decided to forsake her worth for him. A truly twisted toxic relationship. Until YET ANOTHER TWIST shows that OGReilynn actually betrayed him yet again! To become the Empress herself!! Super fucked up man I want to read THAT story.

Unfortunately that's where the interesting shit ends, because again, the ML is the furry child. "Now hold on!" I hear the fans saying. "He's actually an adult!" Wrong. His body and mind are in arrested development. He's been a child the entire time. I can't even liken this to the 3000-year-old-demon-loli-who-just-conveniently-looks-like-an-eleven-year-old trope because Javi was never actually of an adult mind until he hatched. He fell in love with his surrogate mommy and she accepted his feelings. Grooming isn't always intentional, no matter what Dr. Google Esq tells you.
